Commercial projects are conducted as follows:

​

• Outsourcing Work:

  • An initial deposit is received from the agreed amount, work is carried out, and upon completion, the remaining balance is paid before final delivery. In this case, all copyrights and ownership rights are transferred to the client, and I may use the results of the work for portfolio purposes, subject to agreement with the client.

• Collaboration: 

  • projects that combine my intellectual property (IP) with your brand, or projects where I artistically represent your IP or brand. Payment may be in the form of a fee or royalties, depending on the arrangement and beneficiary, or sometimes an in-kind investment for mutual benefit.

• Royalties:

  • I receive a percentage of sales from products made using my character and design IPs under certain conditions. The specific rate depends on the IP used, the category of product being produced, and the duration of use, all of which are determined after negotiation.

  • The percentage rate for royalty contracts can be lowered in exchange for a minimum guarantee, but all situations vary by project and can be amicably resolved through negotiation.

• R/S(Revenue Sharing):

  • It is typically combined with royalties or collaborative agreements and is determined within a range of 0 to 5 percent.

Non-commercial projects are conducted as follows:

​

• Charitable or Non-Profit Projects:

  • As you can see from my exhibition and event experience, I am deeply interested in animals, the environment, and the future, and have been actively involved in numerous related activities. Therefore, if a project aligns with my interests and my schedule permits, I am always willing to participate.

• Educational Projects:

  • While most educational projects are commissioned commercially, there are special cases where projects are undertaken on a non-commercial basis. I am always ready to share my knowledge and skills in educational projects aimed at disadvantaged children or those from underprivileged families.

• Public Art Projects:

  • I am also available to participate in activities such as murals or performances that contribute to or promote the community.

 

Depending on the situation, I may charge for materials or transportation costs for the projects.

In addition, I also take on commission work and receive sponsorships. This is a rarely used method, but I decide whether to accept commissions based on my schedule, mood, and the client's idea. The price will be determined after reviewing the details, with a deposit required at the kickoff of the work and the balance due upon completion.

Sponsorship  is open to those who support and love my art, offering them monthly surprises and exclusive events. I am always grateful.
